Through comprehensive resources, mentorship, and guidance, we equip student-athletes with the skills and confidence they need to succeed today and in the future.

Meet Our Founder
Unique B. Connor
Unique Connor, a lover for the business side of sports, has her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, MBA in Sport Business and a certificate in Sport Industry Essentials. She transferred her competitive nature and passion for sports from the track into the business world, where she was able to combine her passion for sports and business development. With over 8+ years of experience developing athletes and businesses with a focus on academic and athletic enhancement, brand exposure, recruitment strategy, digital marketing, product strategy, registration growth, organization restructuring and streamlining processes.
Unique has had consistent success in assisting athletes, teams, sport businesses and organizations in developing their businesses in the areas required. Every athlete and organization is unique and has different development needs. The UNIQUE Approach has made its mark in the industry and ready to grow it's client base. Our Story
UBC Sports Foundation was created by Unique Connor, a former student-athlete who is a first generation college graduate that had to figure her athletic recruitment journey out on her own. This foundation was originally created to help student-athletes and parents that need knowledge and assistance with the collegiate recruitment process. To ensure they have all the guidance, information and resources needed to make the right choices and create the path they want to achieve.
Our main focus is still the development of the student-athlete, but we have expanded into the sport business development realm, to assist in every area of sports.
